When we print packaging for customers, we often meet the situation that the normal paper thickness can not meet the needs of customers. For example, the general packaging box material can choose 250g or 300g thickness of white cardboard printing, this paper thickness of the box is more suitable for small size. In the case of large box size, it looks a little soft, as the saying goes, it is not quite solid. Although the normal thickness of paper is also thicker, up to about 400 grams, but this thickness of paper is not commonly used, and the printing press needs to specially adjust the pressure to print this thickness of paper. Because this thickness of paper is not often printed, printing plants are generally reluctant to adjust the machine, and printing this thickness of paper on the machine wear is relatively large. At this time, we need to choose ordinary thickness of the material printing, and then other ordinary thickness of paper bonding together, so as to reduce the printing burden and increase the thickness of the material, this bonding process is called mounting. For example: printed with 300 grams of paper and mounted with 250 grams of paper, it is equivalent to 550 grams of paper.
