When making paper displays, we are used to printing graphics first. The next steps include lamination, mounting, die cutting and glue.
Pre-production includes selecting suitable materials for the cardboard display, making die-cut drawings and artwork, and color confirmation. After all this is done, the corrugated paper display can really begin.
Steps/Methods:
1. Design a plan suitable for product promotion and display according to consumer habits in terminal stores
2. Design a paper shelf style suitable for terminal display according to the promotion theme plan
3. Reasonably select materials and load-bearing structure according to the style of paper shelf
4. Confirm all relevant data to produce physical samples
5. Confirm that the sample starts to be printed out of the film/printing graphics
6. The printed product needs to be surface treated
7. Mounting :Glue the printed face paper with the Flute paper
8. Die cutting: make a mold according to the die line diagram
9. Bonding/Glue: Bonding individual components after cross-cutting and forming
10. Packaging: Folding, pressing, and packaging
