General information:

This is a three-sided visibility shop retail cardboard shelf with three levels of trapezoidal trays. The pallets are connected to the back plate with screws, and there is a partition between each layer of pallets, which is very stable. There is also a box that can be used with a hook to hang the product to increase practicality. Product logos can be printed on the top card and each tray to increase brand exposure. 

How to process the production?please see the above images and the information as below:

1. Design for approval of the shop retail cardboard shelf.

2. Make a color mock up shop retail cardboard shelf for check the details and test. that is display rack sample ready.

3. Die cut template for your prepare the artwork design and then production.

Packaging:

Usually the cardboard displays are flat packed, all parts are orderly in the master carton, and the assembly instruction included.

The packaging material uses 5 layers cardboard, it is strong enough to protect the shop retail cardboard shelf inside, also we checked each box before packaging to ensure that every display have enough parts inside the box.
