General Informations:

This cardboard grid display stand contains 12 grids.More grids,more products can be placed inside.Better classification of products and to prevent products from colliding with each other.Good point to save labor cost and time in assemble,which is half-assembly way,display body is assembled,base and top card in flat packing.

How to process the production?please see the above images and the informations as below:

1. Design for approval of the Grid display stand.

2. Make a color mock up Grid display stand rack for check the details and test. that is Display rack sample ready

3. Die cut template for your prepare the artwork design and then production.

Packaging:

Usually the cardboard displays are flat packed, all parts are orderly in the master carton, and the assembly instructions included.

The packaging material is use 5 layer cardboard, that is strong enough for protect the floor displays inside, and we checked each box before packed that make sure every display have enough parts inside the box.
