General Information:

This is a two-tier tray sidekick display units. The material is environmentally friendly hard corrugated cardboard, strong and durable. The side panels of the sidekick display units are designed in an arc shape to make the product more exposed. The header card and side panel can print brand logo and product information to improve promotion. 

How to process the production?please see the above images and the information as below:

1. Design for approval of the sidekick display units.

2. Make a color mock up sidekick display units for check the details and test. that is display rack sample ready

3. Die cut template for your prepare the artwork design and then production.

Packaging:

Usually the cardboard displays are flat packed, all parts are orderly in the master carton, and the assembly instruction included.

The packaging material is use 5 layer cardboard, that is strong enough for protect the sidekick display units inside, and we checked each box before packed that make sure every display have enough parts inside the box.
