2. Make a color mock up high quality corrugated grid shelf for check the details and test. that is display rack sample ready

3. Die cut template for your prepare the artwork design and then production.

Packaging:

Usually the cardboard displays are flat packed, all parts are orderly in the master carton, and the assembly instruction included.

The packaging material uses 5 layers cardboard, that is strong enough for protect the high quality corrugated grid shelf inside, and we checked each box before packed that make sure every display have enough parts inside it.
