It has four tiers of pallets that can hold a variety of products. The corrugated cardboard material makes it strong enough. It is also suitable for flat packaging.

How to process the production?please see the above images and the information as below:

1. Design for approval of the 4 tier paper cardboard shelf.

2. Make a color mock up 4 tier paper cardboard shelf for check the details and test. that is display rack sample ready

3. Die cut template for your prepare the artwork design and then production.

Packaging:

Usually the cardboard displays are flat packed, all parts are orderly in the master carton, and the assembly instruction included.

The packaging material uses 5 layers cardboard, that is strong enough for protect the 4 tier paper cardboard shelf inside, and we checked each box before packed that make sure every display have enough parts inside the box.
