How to process the production?please see the above images and the informations as below:

1. Design for approval of the cardboard display rack.

2. Make a color mock up of cardboard display rack for check the details and test. that is Display rack sample ready.

3. Die cut template for your prepare the artwork design and then production.

Packaging:

1. Usually the cardboard displays are flat packed, all parts are in alignment in outer carton with specific assemble instruction,then shipped in the truck safely.

The packaging material is use 5 layer cardboard, that is strong enough for protect the

floor displays inside, and we checked each box before packed that make sure every

display have enough parts inside the box.
