General information:

This is a portable, crashworthy corrugated board carrying box suitable for any retail store and coffee shop.It is made of a thick paper layer of corrugated which is alternately engraved with grooves and ribs on the upper layer to increase strength and rigidity.The assembly is simple, lightweight and requires no tools.

How to process the production?please see the above images and the information as below:

1. Design for approval of the carrying box.

2. Make a color mock up display gift carton for check the details and test.

3. Die-cut template for your prepare the artwork design and then production.

Packaging:

Usually the cardboard displays are flat packed, all parts are orderly in the master carton, and the assembly instruction included.

The packaging material is use 5 layers cardboard, that is strong enough for protect the product inside, and we checked each box before packed that make sure every display have enough parts inside the box.
